HOW TO USE
- Twist the base to release the perfect amount of product. After each use, retract the tip and securely replace the cap to keep the formula fresh.
MELLI’S PRO TIP
If you have oily eyelids or experience any transfer, lightly powder your eyelids with a loose or pressed setting powder before and after applying the gel eyeliner for the best results. Keep moisturizer or eye cream away from the eyeliner area for longer wear if you do experience transfer.
